Control your portions.Eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day.Eat healthy and exercise daily.You need to do at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise everyday.And work out more vigorously 3 times a day.Make sure to get lots of sleep and drink lots of water.It is OK to cheat every now and again, but make sure you control how often you indulge in a sugary or fattening food.Cut out soda’s and juice , they add empty calories in to your day that you really don’t need.Set weekly goals and weigh yourself the morning of your weigh in day.If you miss a goal don’t stress on it because stress can make you gain weight.And make sure your setting REASONABLE goal.So don’t make a goal like “I want to lose 40 pounds”Because that isn’t going to happen.You should aim for about 1-3 pounds a week.
Remember that if you try to lose weight the fast and easy way , you will regain all your weight back and then some after that.

Yes, obviously you are going to have to watch what you eat. Low calories and small portions. Start walking fast for a week then jogging. There are lots of exercises you can do at home : push ups, crunches, squats, etc. It is easy to lose 3 lbs. a week with a little work so in in 9 weeks you should lose27 lbs. Good luck!
